There are two option files available :

Pes Stats Database (pesstatsdatabase.com)
By default the
Matrix Option file is the one installed.
In order to use PES Stats
Database go to your PES 2010 main folder
/ MWWC / save / OPTION FILES

There you have both option files in their folders :
MATRIX or
PESSTATSDATABASE
Copy your favourite file PES2010_EDIT.bin to
My
Documents / KONAMI / MW World Cup Mod / save /
